Today will be a HERO hopper WOD. One athlete from the 7am and 9am will pick the workout from out of a hat and then the class will perform the WOD. After the workout is chosen, I will conduct a warmup for that specific WOD with light strength to get the class ready. I will say that there are no muscle ups, pull ups, running or rowing in any of the WODs that could be chosen. Be prepared for the unknown, because in life we have to be ready for anything.
