Feeling sore after all the hard work you've put in this week?  Restorative Yoga is the cure!  Please join Bobbi of Gray Dog Yoga on Sunday at 1 p.m. to restore, relax and release all those sore muscles.  

Please make sure to RSVP and arrive 15 minutes early to set up your mat and sign a waiver (if it's your first time).  There is no cost to this event and it's open to RARE all members including boot campers, past and present.
