Rest day at RARE Crossfit Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, and Stafford’s premier CrossFit Facility!

It's that time of year again where we "gear" up for the CrossFit Open in our RARE Team jersey.

This year will mark the 6th year we have designed a unique Athlete shirt.

The photo below shows our designs from previous years.

 

We are looking for suggestions for this years jersey.  We are going to have to place the order by 

the end of next week so we will have them in time for our Friday Night Lights.

 

Get creative folks and let this years jersey be Awesome.

 

 

Rest/Active Recovery Day

-Do 10 minutes of active warmup; Inchworm, wall walks, double under work, 200-400m run

-Do Crossover Symmetry for 15 minutes.

-Pick a skill and work on it for 15 minutes. 

*Double unders and Gymnastic work are highly recommended in preparation for the open.

-Do mobility for 15 minutes: 5 minutes light rowing/bike, 5 minutes of foam rolling, and 5 minutes of band work. 

*if you just completed the 55 minute cycle this is a active recovery day.
