Grab a friend and come to the 12 days of Christmas WOD. The WOD is designed to be done solo, but if you have a friend and want to do it together. More the merrier. There will be only one class today at 9am. See you then. Due to heavy volume be patient as this will have to be done in heats. RARE looks forward to seeing all of you for the Christmas WOD.

10 Double Unders (30 singles)

11 Burpees

12 Overhead Walking lunge with 45/25 lb plate (35/15) (25/10)

*WOD is performed similar to the song. Do 1 SDHP, then 2 Thrusters and 1 SDHP, then 3 Push press, 2 Thrusters and 1 SDHP, and so on.
