Better than Mom's Chicken Noodle Soup

Brr!  Feeling chilly?  It's time for some chicken noodle soup!  If you don't eat grains, you can substitute with a grain-free noodle.  Another option is to add eggs, just like in Egg Drop Soup, to form 'noodles.'  Make sure to let the crockpot do the work in order to condense your meal prep time!
