Christmas cookies are such a huge temptation, but you don't need to give them up completely to stay on-track.  Instead, make some of these naturally sweetened Chocolate Chip cookies.   They are a much better option than traditional cookies, and they make a small batch.  

 

A great way to control your serving size is to freeze them in a two cookie portion and limit them to once or twice a week.  

 

It's okay to have a treat, just choose wisely!  

 

Thursday 7 December

Rest/Active Recovery Day

-Do 10 minutes of active warmup; Inchworm, wall walks, double under work, 200-400m run

-Do Crossover Symmetry for 15 minutes.

-Pick a skill and work on it for 15 minutes. 

-Do mobility for 15 minutes: 5 minutes light rowing/bike, 5 minutes of foam rolling, and 5 minutes of band work. 

*if you just completed the 55 minute cycle this is a active recovery day.
