-You Go I go partner style smash. No Rest. A member must be performing a portion of the WOD at all times. The partner not working will be in the plank position. If a member of the team takes a break either in the plank or in the WOD a 5 burpee penalty goes down. Each time the team rests, the number of burpees increases by 5.
