This Saturday at 9:00am we have our baseline workout for the Zone Challenge.  For those that are entering the Zone you are going to be amazed at the end of your six weeks!

Also this Sunday at 1:00pm our own Nutrition Ninja Jen Miller by way of Growing Green Tomatoes is brining you Meal Planning and Prep for Everyday Athletes.  If you haven't been to one of Jen's classes you are missing out.  This is FREE to all RARE and WBBC members.  For those that have been to one of Jen's classes you know how great they are, and if you miss it how sad you will be...don't be sad, get to RARE this Sunday!
