From 1-4 PM RARE Crossfit will be hosting its initial Foundations Class. This will be a great opportunity to come out for the one and only free foundations class. The class will have WODs and great instruction by Coach Hud and Coach Joy. You will come away with a great baseline of understanding for the 9 foundational movements and the most common movements seen in day to day classes.
