Spotlight Story at RARE CrossFit in Fredericksburg

RARE CrossFit would like to introduce one of it's newest CrossFit members, Alison Gallup! Alison is a member that started her fitness journey with us with goals to recover from a knee replacement and to gain more energy. In order to do so, Alison has stayed consistent with her efforts. When recently visiting the doctor, she was given the green light and was told that what she was doing was working and showing amazing results! She completed personal training sessions, graduated from Troop 023 BootCamp, attended barbell basics classes, and recently upgraded to CrossFit!

The reason that many of us workout is to improve our functional fitness or to see results in other areas of our lives besides in the gym. Because of her consistency at the gym, Alison was able to recently finish a 5k with her daughter! Her dedicated to her fitness goals are inspiring! We are so proud of all of the hard work you have been putting in. Keep it up!
