Keeping Breakfast Simple and Healthy, Fredericksburg

One the best ways to guarantee a healthy breakfast is to prep it ahead of time.  High protein muffins are an ideal solution because they're quick, portable and delicious.  Also, you can double or triple the recipe to avoid baking every weekend.  

These muffins are based on the waffle recipe I shared a few months ago.
