Healthy and Delicious Chai Blueberry Muffins

If you attend my Breakfast For Everyday Athletes class, or follow my Facebook page, you will be very familiar with the breakfast waffles that I share.  They're protein heavy and sweetened by bananas, so not only are they tasty, but they are a great breakfast, snack or post-workout fuel.

Also, I'm super excited to announce that the Nutrition for Everyday Athletes series will begin again soon!  And because of the importance and value of nutrition in achieving your goals, these classes will be free to all RARE members, and WBBC troopers (past and present).
