Main Course and Side Items can be broken up between the team however they like.  Once completed with the Main Course and Side Items the team then picks two desserts.  Reps and movements can be broken up however they like.

Main Course (Choose 1):

- 1 mile Run

- 2000m Row

Side Items (Choose 2):

- 80 Jumping Lunges

- 80 Air Squats

- 80 Mt Climbers (2 Count)

- 80 Slamballs

- 80 KBS

- 80 MB Sit-ups

Desserts (Choose 2):

- 40 Pull-ups

- 40 Push-ups/HSPUs

- 40 T2B

- 40 Wallballs

- 40 Burpees

- 40 Dips
