Wednesday – Thanks for all you’ve done!

Hey RARE Athletes, I just wanted all of you to hear from me that Rise will no longer be coaching at RARE.  She will be concentrating on her own training and we just wanted to take a moment to say “thank you” for all that she has done for us.  Rise was an invaluable part of our team as we transformed from a small 8 mat box with one garage door and two pull-up bars to the 4,200 square ft facility we have today. Now it’s time for all of us to stand behind her as she works towards her goal of getting to the 2013 CrossFit Games.

Rise, you have been a great coach for me and BJ. Thank you for all you’ve done and the ways you’ve supported and pushed me. From setting up my station in the middle of a wod to add or take off weight or helping me with nutrition or not being scared. Thank you!!! :)
