Wednesday – BAM!

Tomorrow morning (Thursday) when you wake up you *should* have a wonderful email from RARE. The newsletter is back, updated and filled with information for all of our athletes.

If you don’t receive the newsletter, email maggie@rarecrossfit.com and we will have you added to our email list.

We’ve done our best, but sometimes it’s just better to open BAM! in your browser. For whatever reason a lot of the pictures and such won’t load into the email format.

We hope that this is now an informative and entertaining part of RARE!
