Tuesdays Workout

5 Rounds of:

10 x Power Clean (135 lbs / 95 lbs)

15 x Burpees

20 x KBS (53 lbs / 35 lbs)

25 x Wall Ball (20 lbs / 14 lbs)

3 minute rest between rounds.

    I want to pass the advanced test. I know its long term. I want to be pushed to get there. I want to compete in a competition and know that I am not a poser :)
