Tuesday – Week 2 Challenge

As part of the Whole Life Challenge, I was doing my daily meditation today. It gave me time to stop and think about what is important to me. Today, my sister arrived from the UK to visit for two weeks. My family is the most important thing in my life, and although I don’t get to see them very often, I plan on making the most of every day she is here. What do you think about during your meditation, and what is important in your life?

    I try to focus on the breath when I meditate or gratitude when I pray. Yesterday befor BJ and I went running, I laid down to rest for a few minutes for my quiet time while the girls played outside (in our fenced in back yard) and I was thankful for their safety.
