We are in week 6 of the Whole Life Challenge. How is everyone feeling? By now, all of you should be dialed in on your nutrition and seeing positive gains in your workouts. Several people have stressed to us that it is getting more and more difficult for them to stay on the straight and narrow due to busy work schedules, family obligations, road trips, etc etc. The whole purpose of this challenge is to make everyone more aware of what they are consuming on a daily basis, and the effect it has not only on workout performance, but general well being. If you are banking those bonus points, go ahead and use them and splurge on your favorite food, or beverages. The worst that can happen is you will lose 3 food points for that day. Why not get it out of your system and move on to the next day. I guarantee you, it may be worth falling off the wagon at that moment, but feeling the after effects will make you want to jump back on the band wagon and push through that urge and finish this challenge strong.
Do you have any weak moments you wish to share? What advice would you give to someone that is struggling during the last few weeks of this challenge. Remember, we have 62 people signed up. We should be helping each other push through to the end.
