Thursday – A Great Saturday!

Here’s why you should all come to Yoga on Saturday at 10:00AM

~It improves awareness of your muscles, which is helpful for your lifting!
~It will help you learn how to breathe effectively during a WOD
~INJURY PREVENTION, this is a big one guys! Most injuries are caused by inflexibility and lack of stretching.
~It is relaxing. I will bet 50 burpees that you will feel refreshed after spending about an hour with Brandon.
~BRANDON! 1. He’s AWESOME! 2. He understands CrossFitters and does specific moves that will most benefit us.
~It’s free! Why not take advantage of all the wonderful things we’re offering you?

I can not endorse this enough, I noticed huge improvements in my training after I started doing yoga with Brandon and I know you will too! Come try it, this Saturday at 10:00AM for free and don’t forget about the Whole Life Potluck afterwards!

  • Endurance WOD
  • WOD make up day
  • Open Gym

A WOD will be offered, but you will have some choices to make. Skill work and Open gym will take place after the WOD.
