We believe that a commitment to RARE CrossFit  is only part of the equation in achieving your fitness goals. What you put into your body will directly impact your success. We don’t prescribe fad diets. Instead we recommend eating a balanced diet that will help your body run at its optimal level.

We believe that each person is different and each person can perform, recover, and grow based off the right foods that fit their make up.  With the nutritional consultation each person will receive the following

  • personal assessment
  • food journal review
  • a personalized food guide for their needs
  • weekly check ins
