In case you all haven’t noticed there is now a PR Board to the right of the RARE CrossFit X at the gym. You guys were just doing so many PR’s, it started to become really difficult to keep track of. So, next time you PR make sure to grab a Dry Erase marker and write it up there!
Also, congratulations to the CrossFit Animals who ran their first race yesterday! If you have not talked to Coach Suzanne about what her amazing CF Kids program involves, you really should. Why not help your children take control of their fitness and nutrition now? Don’t you wish YOU would have had CF Kids when you were their age?!
