Where are everyone’s comments? I saw 10 of you in the 8am class this morning, and I know some of you even sacrificed sleeping in this morning to come to the 5am class.

8 rounds and then up to 8 wallballs. 5am class was only a few strong this morning but we were working hard.

Got 8 rounds and 1 sit up… smacked myself in the face with wall balls a few times.

9 rounds and 25 reps. Might have been 10 rounds plus. For once neither of my kids passed me up and Alex claims she did 10 rounds plus (unlikely). I guess I need to work on my counting.
6 rounds plus 21 reps…. Saw lots of improvement in the DUs tonight and hit toes to bar for all but one rep.. I quadrupled my previous DU PR! It feels good to be making progress
