I have a confession to make. During the Whole Life Challenge last year I mentally mentally checked out. And I mean CHECKED OUT. I started off strong but then it wasn’t a new, exciting thing anymore and I just got lazy. I didn’t feel connected to this challenge and for some crazy reason I didn’t feel a need to stay healthy.
During the 8 weeks of the Whole Life Challenge this year we are going to have a RARE WLC Facebook Group, where we will be asking you to post pictures and anything you would like to share. You will still be logging your points on the Whole Life page (make sure to notice they’ve changed the way of scoring points).
It is also important to note that the 2013 Open will be going on during this Whole Life Challenge. This year, we will be offering a legitimate scaled division to the Open. If you don’t think you will be able to complete the workouts using the RX’ed weights you will be able to sign up for the scaled division through RARE, NOT on the Games site. The Open forces me to keep my nutrition in check, knowing that I will need to be able to give 120% effort that Saturday morning, I work very hard to fuel my body the best that I can so I am able to perform at my best.
I hope the Open, the WLC Facebook Page and the changes the WLC Team has made are enough to push you to give it your all this year.
