The Better Body Challenge is fast approaching. We have finalized the nitty gritty components of the challenge, and you will all be able to download the instructions from the RARE site tomorrow afternoon. As promised, you and your team mate will have the choice of either a Paleo or Zone diet, however, both members have to do the same. We will be available to answer questions this Thursday evening at 6:30pm and also on Saturday morning after class. The challenge begins this coming Monday 21st May. Is everyone ready to look and feel in the best shape of their lives????
