Today is Day 8 and I have to tell you about Michelle Warren.

"I joined RARE after a long stride of not performing any form of exercise at all! Having been a three sport athlete in high school and playing soccer in college, I thought that whenever I decided to work out again, I would pick up right where I left off. After years of feeling lethargic, flabby and sometimes even depressed, I tried to drop in to a crossfit class only to throw up after the warm up! If I wanted a change, it wasn't going to be easy, but I needed something in my life that made me feel ALIVE! I joined the World's Best Boot Camp in August of 2015 and although the first few weeks were rough on the body, I could start to feel that drive again. In October there was no question that I wanted to join crossfit and the transition was made seem less by the amazing coaching staff. Since I have joined, I lost approximately 5 inches JUST in my "gut", lost 15 pounds, decreased my body fat significantly and have gained so much strength! There are days when I hit PRs and days when I don't, but every day in the gym is a win!"

Keep up the amazing work, Michelle. We are all inspired by you and so proud of you.
